Frequently Asked Questions
When is payment due?
A 50% deposit is due within 7 days after an invoice is issued to secure a booking.
If a 50% deposit is not made after 7 days to secure a booking, the invoice will be cancelled and a new invoicw will b issued should our services be required in the future.
Prices are subject to change
How do I pay?
We only accept an EFT, cash deposit or point of sale as means of payment
Proof of payment must be sent to admin@sitholeshuttleservices.co.za or info@sitholeshuttleservices.co.za after the payment is made.
Banking Details
Cancellation Policy
A 5% of the total invoice amount is deducted for the cancallation of any bookings.

We operate Monday to Sunday from 08:00 – 17:00
Do all vehicles come with a driver?
All vehicles come standard with a driver.
